Back to Thailand

I'd like to write something interesting right now but unfortunately I feel deprived of inspiration. A situation that has been going on for a couple of months now and that is not normal for me. It certainly create distress but things are going along everyday without worries.

I've been in Thailand for two weeks now. I spent a day an a half in Bangkok to have my Indian visa done to be able to participate on this amazing expedition with Infinity. I'm actually quite happy to be going back on the boat for another dive adventure that will be leaving in two weeks.

In the mean time, I've decided to take it easy. I'm still a little bit fragile and I've prescribed to myself: books, beach, sun and Banana shakes. Should do the job I thought. Well 10 days later I can sure say it's good. I'm certainly in a better position then before but still a long road ahead.

Therefore, books, beach, sun and shakes aren't creating a lot of blog worthy stories. But here how it goes: I wake up around 8, shower, walk next door to this really cool restaurant called Café Del Sunshine, have a banana shake, talk with this cool guy that has a long life story, it's almost 11, check on my travel buddy, usually still sleeping, read, travel buddy wakes up, time for another shake and a spicy papaya salad, half past one, read more, fall asleep in the hammock, 3 ish, time to go to the beach, spend two hour at the beach, admire the sunset, slowly walk back to the hostel, shower, check Facebook, sevenish, go for a drink, 8, time to eat, hummm Pad thai, almost 10, go enjoy the live show, midnight, go dance a bit, one it's time to go to bed. Repeat next day.

So yes it's going well and I'm enjoy the days that are going by. Life is good and I'm fortunate enough to be in Thailand. Postcards are coming!

I guess I could say like Gerry Boulet sang in is song Toujours vivant

Je suis celui qui lutte
Quand la vie le culbute
Je retombe sur mes bottes
Les pieds dans la garnotte
Je suis Toujours debout
Je suis celui qui va jusqu'au bout
